I know I've been absent for a little bit.
I’m having lots of crazy medical problems and I’ve been absent from everything, really. I haven’t even been able to do much yoga because of the physical issues. Everything is being taken from me ): On the plus side, I’ve been vegan for three weeks! How have you all been?! Talk to me!

It’s so cool to see how much I’ve improved with yoga in the past couple of months. Since I totally neglected this blog for a really long time, the posts are pretty old. And when I look back and see “I finally went into my first headstand,” it makes me so excited and proud because of how much more than that I can do now. SEE, PRACTICE IS ALL YOU NEED! (:
